Black Magic Woman (cover)
The guitar has been an extension of my being as soon as I started playing it, when I was a kid. Through the years, I crossed several love/hate periods with this instrument (mainly due to the fact I couldn’t live as a musician, as I wished!!), but I never really stopped playing it. So, my next video HAD to be a guitar video! I chose “Black Magic Woman”, a song written by Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac but made famous by guitar legend Carlos Santana, because it remembers me of my “younger days”… when I would run home from school to play my electric guitar, feeling like a rock star anytime I’d hit those notes… Sorry I didn’t record a real “live” video, but my camera just wouldn’t want to work properly!! And I just don’t have the time (and will) to work back on this one!! So here it is… hope you enjoy it!

Chicken Coop – We just finished the coop and bought 10 hens!
I converted a lean-to (shack) into a chicken coop. The coop is approx 5′ x 9′. I have a book called “back to basics” that we got at a garage sale. It had some guide lines and measurements that I utilized. I used mainly old plywood and wood we had laying around so I didn’t have to buy much wood. The hens will be six months old in a couple of weeks, and that’s about the time they start laying eggs. We got 4 – Rhode Island Reds (brown eggs), 2 – Buff Orphingtons (brown eggs), and 4 – Americanas (blue or green eggs)

Building A Chicken Coop How To Build a Chicken Coop
tinyurl.com Building a chicken coop choosing a chicken breed to raise. There are varieties of chickens to raise. Choosing a breed will depend on the kind of chicken that you want to raise. There are chickens that seem healthy but their egg-laying capacity is frail while other chickens give out lots of eggs every day. Sadly, building a chicken coop is not exactly as easy as just hammering some wood and wire mesh together. You need to understand and employ proper building materials, correct ventilation, insulation, lighting, nesting and perching, correct litter collection, and many other factors.
